KILL ZUMA BY ANY MEANS , BLACK ON BLACK VIOLENCE

29 March 2024

Dear President Cyril Matimela Ramaphosa

Re: Chapter 5 – The President & National Executive.

Powers and Functions of the President

I write on behalf of the SAPOHR (SA PRISONER ORGANIZATION FOR HUMAN RIGHTS) in relation to the barring of former President Honorable Jacob G Zuma, from appearing on the Ballot Paper as the Face of MKPARTY

Dear President, there is absolutely NOTHING STOPPING YOU from evoking Chapter 5 – The President – Sec. 83 (c) promotes unity of the Nation and that which will advance the RSA.

Powers and Functions of the President
Sec 84 (j) PARDONING OR REPRIEVING OFFENDERS AND REMITTING ANY FINES, PENALITIES, OR FORFEITURES.

The above is also further strengthened by the Correctional Act 111-1998, Sec. 82 [2] PRESIDENTIAL PARDON/POWERS OF THE PRESIDENT- Sec. 2-NOTHING in the Act affects the Power of the President to Pardon or Reprieve sentenced offender.

SAPOHR humbly call upon the honorable President Cyril M. Ramaphosa to do the UNBELIEVABLE but Constitutional and Legally right thing, within his Powers, and PARDON former President JGZUMA, on his remaining months on PAROLE if there is any left and in tantamount Expunge his Criminal Record, for every, every, every obvious reasons, amongst others;

  1. That he is a first time offender.
  2. The the nature of crime the former President was convicted for, etc

This move wouldn’t be ONLY Historical here, there and everywhere, it would for once and for always prove the skeptics wrong that Black People, by nature hates one another, full of vengeance against each other and is good in nothing but orchestrating and perpetuating Black on Black VIOLENCE against each other.

Image what the White World and the hates of Ubuntu will say. Surely they will hide the heads in SHAME.

What makes the time right for the Honorable President to seriously consider, to take a Fools, advice and the inevitable is the environment South African finds itself now, advancing towards the most crucial National General Elections, since 1994.

Hope we did ask for too much

Regards
Golden Miles Bhudu
